The Fun times:
I had a blast last night! My sister and bro-in-law, and two of their ex-college friends came over and we had a wild meal of spaghetti. I did pick another noodle off the walls this morning!! OK. So it was my kids that did that. ;-) Heidi was going a little crazy with the Twist Up bottle, so that could have gone everywhere--but John started it.
Having table tennis and Ladder Ball in the basement made for more fun, and then we finished the night off with a riveting game of Clue! Three-quarters of us died by guessing wrong and Jonathan won. My John, just downloaded a Clue app for his iphone to "level the playing field". Ha! Sounds unfair if you ask me. I think he wasn't too keen on the fact that I won the last two games of Clue. :-)
The Not so Fun times:
Daniel was still miserable yesterday and coughed quite a bit last night. He slept, but it kept me up! I must have had about 2 hours of sleep.
A big mug of coffee kept me going during homeschooling today. We also walked over to my sisters' house and chilled for a bit. We all enjoyed blueberry muffins and Becky and I played Bible Trivia on her Playstation 2 while my kids tried a Sonic racing game. Becky also showed off her Disney Brass Key dolls that she sells on ebay. Gorgeous dolls!!! She's doing really well too! She made $30 each off the last two she sold.
Daniel is a LOT better today and almost his normal chipper self. His cough is also almost gone too. I guess the worst was last night. Ooooooooooooooh I NEED sleep!!!
No wonder I can't shake my cold. At least it's not that bad. Just a slightly runny nose with a bit of stuffiness and a slightly upset tummy. I have a feeling ONE good night's sleep would take care of that.
Well...I better get with teaching Music here....

Oh! And one last thing to add...Daniel is now rolling from his back to his stomach! He worked his way over to Becky's couch when we were over there earlier today. Danger! Danger!
