I can't believe it's Monday again!!! Where is time going??!

...so it's that "weigh-in" time again, and yet again....no loss--no gain. To be expected when I still have not been able to stick to the "Healthy" part of the "Healthy Eating Plan." I have been exercising though! Lately, it's just been on the exercise bike. It faces my computer so I can watch videos on hulu.com. I usually watch something educational either from "Modern Marvels", "Fight Science" or "National Geographic." The kids are with me entertaining Daniel in his walker while I bike. Hence the educational part.... ;-)

So the other day I discovered that Amazonian river otters make sounds that are exactly like those of a Wookie on Star Wars. It was pretty hilarious, and the kids loved it too! Do you know those otters can be 6 feet long??! God has created some pretty wild creatures!

Speaking of which...I missed my "Thankful Thursday post!" Knowing my crazy schedule, I'm going to just insert those posts wherever I can until I reach 1,000 things I'm thankful for! We're also going to have to get a lot more specific!

...so on to the thankful part...

17. let's just say Indian food, or we're going to have about 50 items right here! Best food on earth! Ever. Period. Hands down. No contest. Without a doubt. For ever and ever, Amen.

18. the Call of the Yak Bear. Some of you don't need any explanation. Others need a whole lot. It's something my brother Daniel invented, and him and my cousin Jake ran around a campground one day after inventing this unexplainable, but distinct, very loud noise, scaring other campers to death. Or bewildering them. He gets requests now to do it from his friends. Even over the phone. If you hear it--you won't forget it.

29. The SUN!!! Angela had just gotten done telling me "the sun doesn't come out in winter", and we had 4 days of glorious SUN!!!
