Whoops!

I did it again. Didn't do the "Weigh-in Monday" post. I did lose a 1/2 lb. Considering the atrocious way I ate--that's good! We had a Settlers of Catan night and rootbeer, Klondike bars, and chips were in the house. I sampled all 3. Ok. Did a good deal more than sample! I AM keeping up with the exercising though.

John is on Spring Break all this week--which translates to--lock himself in his office and work on his dissertation--all week long. Hoping to get it done within a year!

He bought a whiteboard for his office (helps him in diagramming out what he's going to write), and one for the school room. He also bought a bulletin board for the school room as they were 50% off! yay! It really IS starting to look like a School Room!

The kids have colds/coughs but this homeopathic syrup I'm using keeps them from coughing all night long and they haven't had to be on inhalers or anything yet. I'm hoping it stays that way as David is almost over his and hasn't had to go on his inhalers once! Yay again! I did have a meeting scheduled with his allergist today which was canceled because, apparently, his doctor was somewhere on vacation and all her flights back were cancelled! We just want to find out if David is still (or ever was) allergic to nuts. It would be nice to know. He's never had an obvious reaction to them--even when I fed him peanut butter sandwiches when he was younger--yet it showed him as being allergic to nuts when he was tested for a variety of allergens. Weird. His Family Doctor is very skeptical about those test results and doesn't think he is allergic to nuts. However, I'm not going to feed him a bunch of peanuts just to find out!

Gotta go feed the little one...he's growling at me...
