The Problem is not that I don't have ideas for posts, but that I don't have time to get them typed out. Coming up with "Thankful Thursday" posts, or "Weigh-In Mondays" are not working for me. I never seem to have the time on Thursday or Monday to do things as I wish. If you see me logged on to Facebook for half the day--I'm not really there. Having a DSL connection means I log in, check or change a status in 2 min. and then I'm gone...never having logged back out. So...sorry to all those people that leave me messages with "Are you there?????" No, I'm not. Same goes for those on Instant Messenger. It logs me in, and half the time I don't check or think to change my "Available" status.
Some people sing in the shower...I come up with blog posts. Have them all wonderfully written out in my head. If I was on a Starship (think Star Trek) I could simply say "Computer start recording..." and blah, blah, blah and Voila! I'd have a zillion posts! However, we're not in the future yet, so there will be a dearth of posts. Sometimes I actually get to the computer, start typing and hear "Mom! Mom!"...and so goes my train of thought...and sometimes a certain someone starts peering over my shoulder while I type and I get all self-conscious and forget what I was going to write. Yeah. It's happening right now.
Ok. She (Angela) thought that was pretty funny. One day my thoughts may find themselves all coherently broadcast into cyberspace, but that day is not today my friends. Especially with someone (still Angela) giggling in my ear as I type and now saying "I'm still reading!" And squeaking and squealing. Apparently she finds this a form of entertainment. I'm glad she finds something I do so highly amusing. My brain traipsing off into nothingness is not something I find amusing...but it is for some people. Now I hear a "What??!" Yes. Mom's brain has left and my muse is being very vocal. I shall have to go entertain her and the other kidlings now.
