My daughter was busy eating a meal I had cooked and looking at the labels on all the bottles of relishes etc. on the table when I heard from the other room (I was clearing the table), "Mom!! This is Glutton free!!" It took me a minute.
I'll give you a minute too, if you're as slow as I. No insult intended.
There. Minute's up.
You mean "Gluten free??" Sure enough. If only there were "glutton-free" foods in this world. Like, "glutton-free" donuts. After two you feel incredibly sick you don't want a third. There's a good weight-loss invention.
Until someone really does invent "glutton-free" foods, I discovered www.sparkpeople.com. There are iphone apps too. It's all free! After inputting your height, weight and your goal weight--as well as how fast you want to lose it--it puts a plan of action into place for you. It'll help you set up meal plans, track calories, let you know how much exercising you need to do that day (how many calories you need to burn) etc. I'm still playing around with it. There appears to be quite a large (no pun intended) community. I'm so bad.
I'll get off now and take my kids to the library and ponder being glutton-free some more.
Love it!! :) I'll definitely check out the site!
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting to do it for awhile now. It helps both of us know exactly where we're at (financially), and helps keep us both accountable. I'm not as quick to spend if I know on a daily basis what's in the account and what's not. ;-)
