I'm pretty sure I'm recovering from a kidney infection. I didn't go to the doctor, so I can't prove it, but all the symptoms were there. Plus, my sister who had it twice before got me a gallon of Cranberry juice which I drank with my Olive Leaf Tea and the pain is 1/2 what it was yesterday. And then, I either got a stomach bug, or it's related to the kidney infection. That's calming down too. I got 2 hrs. of sleep last night if I was lucky. If I could just get some sleep, I'm sure I'd be doing a lot better.
However, today is "weigh-in day". I did get in at least 30 min. of aerobics 4X a week this last week. I also mostly stuck to my diet. The result? I lost 5 lbs.!! Yay!! Well, technically, the scale says I lost a couple more than that, but I have a feeling that's related to my recent illness, so I'm not counting those 2 pounds as a loss yet. We'll see if they stay off by next Monday. I'm hoping I'm well enough by Wednesday so I can still at least do 30 min. of exercise 4X a week so I can get that gift card!
Anybody else got a plan and sticking to it??
